Go Hotels Bacolod

Fantastic stay as always. If there's one hotel I will go back to, it's Go Hotels Bacolod. I love everything about this hotel. From the location down to the small details. The check-in process is so smooth, the restrooms are so clean, it's located just beside Robinsons, the beds are so comfortable, and the best part of my stay - THE PEOPLE! Dee, Elaine, and Kirby made sure I was well taken care of. Please do not let go of these people. The service is SUPERB! They text me to remind me of my nearing check-in date, they give me the best rooms, they are always smiling. In fact, since I frequently stay at Go Hotels, they already became my friends. My recent stay was so memorable because the guy I was dating already asked me to be his girlfriend. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much Go Hotels Bacolod. I will have stories to tell my children in the future. I love Go Hotels. You will always be my home away from home.

We stayed in Go Hotel Bacolod for 2 nights and we had a great experience considering that this is a no-frills hotel. The hotel reception staff were very attentive to our needs and requests. They make sure all our bags were brought up by their staff. It was not a long climb (Good for our health). Transport, breakfast, and massage were easily accessible. There was laundry too but we did not use it. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Free Wifi was also relatively fast. Most of all, the hotel reception staff really made the difference with their very service-oriented attention to hotel guests.

All employees working in this hotel are friendly, warm, courteous, and very helpful. They will always help you the best they can. From the time you arrive concierge is there, quick and easy check-in and check-out. If you want room service just request and they will provide it to you.

Room and comfort-Bed very comfortable good for 2 people. There are rooms with 2 beds. A/C is very quiet. Most of the time the hotel is very quiet except for some external noise once in a while made by passing motorcycles which is beyond their control. When the mall is closed you don't hear them anymore.

They don't give a lot of extras in their rooms understandably as this is a budget hotel.

Since I always stay longer, I bring my own toiletries and hangers. The bathroom is big enough. The best is the rain shower with strong water pressure. The cleanliness-Cleaning crew is always on the roll cleaning the whole hotel and make it so shiny and spotless. Outside premises is also clean. Location-very convenient with Robinsons Mall at the back of the hotel. Taxis are always available in front. Lacson street for local jeepneys is 100 meters away. When arriving at night just take the street by the mall where it is lighted and when arriving very late just take a taxi. The street is not well lighted. One rule that I like is no eating in the room. You can buy food and bring it to the hotel but they provide a common place where to eat your meals. That way your room is ants and bugs free. Who doesn't like it? There is a small kiosk with laundry service by the lobby with a very friendly young female employee. There is also a car rental service. A Café is coming soon. If there are only 2 hotels left standing in Bacolod City-Go Hotels with pay and L' Fisher for free, I will absolutely without hesitation choose Go Hotels Bacolod. This is a very simple budget unpretentious hotel. I feel very comfortable with the place and all the employees. I will stay again in Go Hotels Bacolod and I highly recommend it.

I love this hotel! Very budget-friendly and right beside the mall, just a stone's throw away from restos just in case you get hungry. Very convenient. The room is very decent, not too small but just right. Clean toilet. Nice staff and calling cabs are never hard. For less than P1,000/night, this is worth it. Also very near public transportation.
