How to Join:

1. Download the Robinsons Hotels Mobile App: Participants must download the Robinsons Hotels and Resorts app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Register an account: Create a new user account within the app by providing all required information, including full name, email address, and mobile number.
3. Drop your entry: Visit Go Hotels Butuan, fill out your entry stub, and drop it in the box located at the hotel lobby.

Terms and conditions:

1. This promo is open to all residents of the Philippines, aged 18 and above.
2. Employees of Robinsons Hotels and Resorts, its advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join.
3. All information provided during registration must be true and accurate. Incomplete or fraudulent registrations will be disqualified.
4. The winners will be chosen via a raffle draw from the drop box on August 29, 2025 at Go Hotels Butuan, witnessed by a representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
5. Winners will be notified via registered email and a phone call to the contact details provided upon registration.
6. The winner must claim their prize on or before 4pm of August 31, 2025 at Go Hotels Butuan. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize in favor of Robinsons Hotels and Resorts, with prior DTI approval.
7. The grand prize is non-transferable and not convertible to cash. The winner and their companion are responsible for all other expenses, including but not limited to transportation to and from the hotel and venue, food, and other incidentals not included in the prize package.
