At Robinsons Land Corporation - Hotels and Resorts Division (referred to as “RLC-RHR”, “we,” “our,” or “us”), we prioritize your privacy and are dedicated to safeguarding your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (“DPA”). We want you to be informed on how we collect, use, protect, manage, and share your personal information when you use our website. This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data we collect from our customers, guests, vendors, business partners, and users of our website.

As we franchise and manage brands on behalf of franchisees, with your consent, we may share your personal information with them to improve our services. Their use of your information will be subject to the requirements as stated in the section on Data Sharing below.

How Long is Your Data Retained

In compliance with the DPA, we will retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with legal requirements. Once your data is no longer needed, we will securely dispose of or destroy it according to our data retention and disposal policy.

How Your Data May be Shared or Disclosed

With your consent, we may share your personal information in the following circumstances:
