Amazing Pinay
I simply love this hotel. The King size bed and the pillows were amazingly comfortable. The hotel is clean and within the compound of Robinsons Place, so food and basic necessities will never be a problem. The A/C is working well so I always have a good night's sleep. The staff is accommodating and very responsive to your needs. One thing more, there is a bus terminal within the compound. I came from Davao before staying here so I get off at the bus terminal within the property. Very hassle-free travelling. The hotel is budget-friendly too. Will surely recommend this hotel to my family and friends

This is the best hotel in Butuan City. I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel staff are the best. Every time we pass by in the front desk, they never forget to greet us and give their warm smiles. They assist you in everything. It is connected to the mall so we just have to go down if we need anything. The room is clean and cozy, we got the King Bed and it was very comfortable. Wifi is OK though, only for browsing. If ever you visit Butuan, make this hotel your priority

Super comfortable and massive bed.
A great flat-screen TV with good channel selection, many channels.
The room is light and bright with a good window.
Excellent shower in the bathroom.
Conveniently located along the highway not far from the airport.
The Go Hotel is located alongside Robinson's Place a new super mall.
Breakfast is not included in the stay. There is a Jollibee across the street that is open 24 hours and serves a nice breakfast.
Restaurants are readily available in the mall which opens at 10am.
Staff is friendly and helpful when you request help

It is with great pleasure the I write this review for the INCREDIBLE staff at Go Hotels Butuan. I had the honor of being one of their 1st guests and longest staying guest since they opened. We arrived at GO HOTELS BUTUAN on New Year's Eve and were greeted with a warm friendly smile from Anthony (Guard). We then checked in with EENA who was very professional but friendly. Butuan had just endured a typhoon and water, as well as electricity, was scarce throughout the city. HOWEVER, Go Hotels was one of the few places that had both water (HOT) and electricity. Go Hotels BUTUAN offers its guests the benefit of being located next to the Robinsons Mall, where you can find a wide variety of food as well as a cinema. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the lobby is a nice area to simply relax. You can mix business and pleasure/family time at GO HOTELS BUTUAN.....There is a laundry service located inside the lobby and they do an excellent job!!! My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at GO HOTELS BUTUAN.......We have stayed in several hotels in this thriving city and GO HOTELS has earned our future business. THANKS to the INCREDIBLE STAFF
