Assistant Accounting Manager

  • A graduate of BS Finance or Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant an advantage
  • With at least 5 years' hotel operations experience as Assistant Accounting Manager
  • Ensure timeliness, accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of all accounting reports required by the management
  • Ensures effective management of the company's cash flow, budgeting and forecasting which includes preparation of cash position report and cash flow forecast, and submission of necessary information for budget preparation
  • Process month-end reports, accounts payable/receivables, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, revenue and expenditures variance analysis
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports and statements
  • Ensures timely completion of account analysis and reconciliations prepared by the accounting staff/assistants
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting policies and principles
  • Improve financial security and internal controls; provide recommendation and initiate corrective actions
  • Performs other related duties and functions which may be assigned by the Financial Controller

Willing to be based in Makati, Quezon City, Parañaque, or Ermita-Manila.
